Do you want to play or lounge in a city park, maybe take a swing or two at a softball game? Perhaps you’d like to run or walk around a paved all-weather track outdoors or use the civic center for exercise indoors. You choose whether you want to play or exercise and the City of Cut Bank can supply the place.
Cut Bank City Park
This park is located on East Main and is the largest and most prominent city park. It’s filled with beautiful trees, picnic tables, a covered barbecued area, public restrooms, playground equipment and horseshoe pits. There is also a RV dump and water access located on the far corner of the park.
Budd Park
If you want to watch the trains, this park is the best for viewing the many freight and passenger trains going through Cut Bank.
Swimming Pool Park
For those wanting to splish-splash while in Cut Bank, this park’s heated swimming pool is just the ticket for hours of family fun. Picnic tables and a playground provide additional opportunities for summer-time entertainment, be it a barbecue or just a place to let the kids play.
H.C Davis School Playground and Basketball Court
Kids of all ages can enjoy this playground located on the south side of town. A paved basketball court for the big kids and playground equipment for the little ones, make it a fun place to spend an afternoon
Anna Jeffries School Park
This park has soccer fields, tennis courts and playground equipment, making sure to have something for everyone. It is located on the north side of town.
Sports Complex
This complex, while mostly used by the schools, is available for everyone to use. It is located one mile northeast of Cut Bank and comes complete with fields for both softball and baseball leagues. There is a football field used for practice and sub-varsity and middle school games. The complex also boasts an all-weather track for school and community use.
Joe Meagher Memorial Civic Center
The Civic Center is a sports club and so much more. Located at 800 E. Railroad, kids and adults can utilize the basketball courts, racquetball courts, weight-lifting room and exercise equipment such as treadmills and stairstepper. The Center offers full bathroom and shower facilities as well. The full-service kitchen and multi-purpose room are available for indoor parties, banquets and any other large gathering you may have in mind.
