Visitor and Information Center

Visitors to Cut Bank are invited to stop by the visitor’s center and public rest area, conveniently located on U.S. Highway 2 near the City Park. The City Park features picnic tables, public restrooms, and a playground and horse shoe pit. The Cut Bank Area Chamber of Commerce’s visitor’s center is staffed by both friendly, knowledgeable volunteers and paid staff. The center opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes Labor Day Weekend. The visitor’s center is stocked with literature and brochures on attractions throughout the area as well as statewide travel information. The trained staff has lived in Cut Bank and Glacier County most of their lives and are always willing to provide additional information on local and nearby “must see” sites. Thanks to cooperative efforts by the City of Cut Bank, Glacier County and School District No. 15, a large, paved parking area is available to accommodate the parking of motor homes and recreational vehicles during your stop at the visitor’s center.
